Over the years I have seen families and individuals ridiculed because of house rent by their landlords. I have seen even those who love God been disgraced by landlords. This post will make some sense to you because it will open your eyes to how to avoid disgrace and ridicules from your landlord.

HOW DO I AVOID HOUSE RENT EMBARRASEMENT?

1. Check your income and take a house you can afford. Don't go and live in a big place just to prove a point. Live according to your means, if your income is small take a smaller house you can afford. Nobody takes award for living in an expensive Location.

2. Save your rent monthly, weekly or daily depending on how you earn your money. Don't wait until your rent expires before you begin to save. This can be done in a fixed deposit where you can't withdraw. Your rent is in any money that comes to your hands. Imagine saving N20,000 for 1 year that will be N240,000. Be disciplined, it helps avoid disgrace.

3. Avoid unnecessary spendings. Don't spend hoping to see another money tomorrow. Money is hard to get but easy to spend. Imagine someone spending N30K to N50k in a club.. Think about the money you spent FLEXING and calculate it together you will know the huge amount of money you have spent so far unnecessarily. Avoid waste!

4. Plan every money that comes to your hand and be strict with the plans. Except when necessary, never buy what you never budgeted for. 

5. Have a stable source of income either business or office work. No matter how small it is be diligent in your work or business.

This morning I am writing to unveil the key secrets that can help you overcome sexual IMMORALITY.

1. Decision: Every self deliverance begins from decision, like I always said "Decision is stronger than ADDICTION". The power to stop is activated when you personally decide to quit an act. 

2. Change your circle: It is difficult to break out of sexual IMMORALITY when you still keep friends that fornicate and commit adultery at will. Their influence over your life breaks the day you totally disconnect from them. Look for people who will spark the fire of God in you and totally disconnect from weak friends.

3. Go for the WORD (Bible). Become a study of the WORD (Bible) as the Lord DISCIPLES you Personally through the Bible. To me, I believe the more you study the Bible the more organised your life becomes because it will help pattern your life in accordance to God's will. You grow over your weakness via the WORD.

4. Avoid visiting opposite gender/sex alone. Many times we are over confident in ourselves believing that nothing will happen, beloved alot has happened in the name of self confidence. Don't trust yourself, your flesh might deceive you. Take note!

5. Avoid pornography or anything that might give you sexual feelings because your flesh responds to what it is been fed by the brain. You can use the WORD (BIBLE) to format the wrong pornographic information stored in your brain so as to walk in total deliverance.

6. Always think about the consequences of the act.

That night around 11pm while studying the scripture, suddenly I heart the voice of of the Holy Spirit in my heart saying, "Stand up, go and raise the little wood where the stabilizer is".

I quickly went and with carefulness I raised it up.. 

This will shock you!!!

The moment I raised it up a black SNAKE raised the head up attempting to attack me.. This was not a dream it was physical. The snake was killed.. Now what would have happened if the snake remained in the house with us?

WHEN YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE VOICE OF GOD THROUGH YOUR INNER WITNESS;

Today we have many married people who are living in regrets, so many wish they could remind the hands of time to make some adjustments in their past but today this article will help you arrange your life if you're still single.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOU MARRY;

1. Discover your purpose. Why are you in this life? What are you here to do in this life? You must have an answer to that question before you marry because it is your purpose that will put food on your family's table, moreso your money is in your purpose.

2. Have something doing. No matter how small it may be you must have something doing to earn ends meet. Don't be  an "about to" brother or sister before you marry you must have something doing even as a lady. Do you know that ladies who have nothing to do are likely to suffer in marriage especially if they're dependent on the man to buy everything even their undies. Woman, start something to get your own. Woman who have are respected in their marriages than those who have not.

3. Set for yourself some marriage goals. Many people go into marriage without goals ironically the goals you set for yourself are the things that will be communicated to your future spouse which you will work with to ensure a blissful home.

4. Get yourself a vision. Many get into marriage without having visions for themselves. Imagine  walking without sight.. Do all you can to set some vision for your career, purpose, business or ministry. What you want to achieve in future and the strategies in achieving them. Very important!

5. Pray ahead. Like I always said, marriage is luck some have bad luck while some have good luck. The only thing that can help you is praying ahead to get to meet the right person who will not frustrate your life in marriage. We have so many good people in bad marriages today.. prayer is very important!

2. For everything that happens there is a good side. Take your time to think and discover the good side of what has happened to you. You get into depression thinking only on the good side of what you have lost. Think about the good side too.

3. Bear in mind that nothing lasts forever. 1 Cor.10:13. Every battles is temporal and you must believe that what you are going through is just a phase, it will pass too.

4. Contentment: Be contented with your presently level. Don't go into depression because of how big some people live on social media some na wash.. Be satisfied with where and who you are.. 

5. Don't expect much from people. People care about themselves than you.. When you're in need you will understand what am talking about. People don't care! When you reduce your expectations of men you won't get into depression when they disappoint you.

1. You must not call or text them all the time. That they give you access shouldn't mean you make them weary and tired of you.

2. Don't visit them often. SCARCITY CREATES VALUE do all you can to relate strategically from afar.

3. Once in a while give them gift. The richest man on Earth cherishes gift. To be able to collect from those who have then give to them. It makes you stand out 

4. Don't tell those around them what the helper did for you. You might breed envy and hatred that might make them speak evil of you before your helpers.

5. Don't speak evil about anyone to them. They won't trust you again.

6. Don't expose them to even your closest friends. Hide your helpers from the sight of people.. Do all you can to pretend you're not close. Your haters might destroy the relationship.

My Encounter With The Little Boy At A Car Wash Stand

 

MY ENCOUNTER WITH THE LITTLE BOY AT A CAR WASH STAND..

After dropping my daughter in school I quickly stopped at a car wash to get my car washed, while seating on that chair I caught a scene which broke my heart giving me memories of childhood what I went through with my siblings..

A man drove by where I sat and suddenly stopped and won down his glad and shouted "Miracle, come!" When I turned it was about 10 years old boy who was trekking to school he called..

When Miracle finally came the man asked "Miracle where is your launch bag?". Miracle replied "No launch bag sir".

Suddenly, the man became furious seeing Miracle going to school without launch bag. The man kept making a statement in the car before he drove off from my spot, He kept saying "This woman!" Emphatically, I knew the woman has always refused to give Miracle launch bag perhaps he is not her son. Miracle probably has been going to school starving for launching while other children eat in school..

Perhaps, Miracle is delegated to work at home than her own children I saw in the car..

Perhaps Miracle has no father or mother that is why the brought him to Abuja to give him hope.

Perhaps, Miracle is from a poor home where they can't afford 3 square meals but the man brought him to Abuja to brighten his hope.

But Miracle couldn't report his big mummy to daddy because he didn't want problem..

I have experienced that in the hands of a stepmother growing up..

We have moved from house to house begging for food when our father bought enough food at home just because our parents were divorced...

DEAR WOMAN! DEAR MAN! I don't know where you are reading this from but I want to let you know that God gave you opportunity to be a blessing today it is not by your power. The same people you give I'll treatment today will be in position tomorrow when you're old..

Don't treat any child badly because it's not yours.. some have grown to be successful thereafter. You are not God! Don't be hard to those under you..
